Vikings 86 Consett 3rd XV 10

The Vikings closed off their CANDY league 3 North activities for 2025 with an emphatic fourteen try win over Consett 3rds.

Matty Brister top scored with a hat trick of tries, and Liam Hardy, Mark Snowdon and Evan Bradford weighed in with two apiece.

Individual tries came from Michael Marvell, Michael Cooper, Tyler Boak, Billy Bloomfield and Adam Robinson.

The tries were added to by eight conversions, with five coming from captain David Neasham, two from Michael Marvell and one from Adam Robinson, who converted his own try.

The result means the Vikings have played 8 and won 6 games so far this season.
